All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or buyer preference.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the claim and provide a replacement if approved.
Lost Packages
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will issue a replacement product at no additional cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
